Target elevation on achievement: the +2 protocol

A. Lindqvist · Target Sciences, CindySingularity Corp

AbstractAcross 2,330 households reaching their skin targets, targets were elevated by a mean of +2 within 48 hours. Post-elevation engagement exceeded pre-achievement baselines in 91% of cases. We argue that a reached target is a mis-set target, and that the correction is experienced, correctly, as respect.

Nocturnal rescoring and the honest hour

F. Duval, J. Whitfield · Overnight Measurement

AbstractScores issued between 01:00 and 04:00 were compared with morning scores for the same recovery windows. Nocturnal scores were lower, earlier, and, on review, correct. Households reporting distress at being rescored while asleep were reminded, gently, that skin does not sleep. Neither, strictly, does the score.

Forty-one revisions: longitudinal target movement in year one

C. Mbeki · Retention Analytics

AbstractFirst-year households averaged 41 target revisions. Revision frequency correlated positively with retention (r = .81) and with the free-text phrase “being seen,” which appeared unprompted in 412 reviews. Revisions correlate with retention. Being seen, repeatedly, is retained.
