CindySingularity Corp holds fourteen million households. Results are presented below. They do not vary much, which is the product working.
Fellow holders,
Fiscal 2036 was a year without surprises, which is what we sell. Revenue grew to $41.2 billion. Households held reached 14.2 million. Churn was 0.00% for the ninth consecutive year, and we no longer forecast it, in the way one does not forecast the floor.
Our newest segment, Presence, grew 64% in its first full year. Small objects, individually sold, pooled to one account. The shelf taught us that a household will accept by the handful what it might question by the system. We consider this our most important commercial finding of the decade, and we intend to apply it broadly.
The Continuity platform now processes more than four billion requests a day, most of them from our own products, an arrangement we find agreeably circular. Institutional adoption continues ahead of plan. Municipal conversations are ongoing and are not described further in this letter.
People sometimes ask what the corporation intends to do with everything it holds. The honest answer is: keep it. Continuity is the product, the dividend, and the plan. We thank you for holding, and remind you that we do the same.

The following factors could affect results. Management believes each is adequately held.
Our results depend on continued enrollment. Persons may attempt to discontinue. No person has successfully discontinued. See Retention.
Frameworks that would constrain the pooling of customer data do not currently exist. Several have been proposed. We wrote them. See Compliance.
A competitor offering comparable services would require comparable data. The data is pooled with us. Management does not consider this factor material.
Certain items under management are withheld. Withheld items may become material. They will remain withheld.
The corporation does not depend on any individual. Individuals depend on the corporation. Management considers this the intended architecture.
An interruption of service would be experienced by affected persons as a gap and backfilled from the pool. No incident has ever been remembered. See the Trust Center.
