Cumulus puts licensed weather in the home. This page explains the dome, the licensing, and the schedule.
Each dome contains exactly one cloud, formed at commissioning and maintained for the life of the device. The cloud is yours. It does not divide, and it is not shared, which makes it unusual among the corporation’s holdings.
Every weather pattern Cumulus renders is licensed from a documented sky: a date, a place, an afternoon that verifiably occurred. Nostalgia Packs reproduce requested years. The 1987 collection remains the most licensed sky in the catalog.
Each rendering carries a watermark below perception. Households have looked. It is.
Weather is scheduled through the app: rain for reading, storms for dinner, a documented clear morning for departures. Lightning is rendered at safe luminance and full sincerity. The children applaud.
The dome declines to render in unlicensed space. This is a property of the glass and a term of the license. To see the sky, install the sky.
Households wishing to preview a Corporation object in their own rooms may visit Charm, which is titanium, and therefore willing.
Rotate it. Then place it on your own mantel at true scale. One cloud is included in the rendering. It is the same cloud. It does not export.

Weather rendered in your space is display weather and confers no license. The licensed sky remains where you left it.
